How do I choose the right shade for my hair?
We offer over 30 hand-blended colors. For the most accurate match, we recommend visiting an Authorized HALOCOUTURE Salon for a professional color consultation and fitting.
Can I use heat styling tools on my extensions?
Yes, our extensions are made from 100% Remy Human Hair. You can use blow dryers, flat irons, and curling wands, but we recommend using a professional heat protectant spray to maintain hair health.
How long do HALO® extensions typically last?
With proper care and maintenance using our recommended hair care products, your extensions can last anywhere from 6 to 12 months or longer, depending on the frequency of wear.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Due to the nature of hair products and hygiene standards, we only accept returns or exchanges on products that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with, and still have the security seal intact.
How often should I wash my hair extensions?
Unlike natural hair, extensions don't receive oils from the scalp. We recommend washing them only every 10 to 20 wears, or when there is a significant buildup of styling products.
